Gratitude – Balance – Restore
Join us for a special 90 minute Flow & Let Go class to celebrate the Fall Equinox. Starting with an all levels flow to energize and warm the body, the practice will shift midway to calming postures, breathwork and meditation to balance and restore.
The Fall Equinox marks the start of the autumn season and a point in the sky where day and night are equal in length. It is a day of transition as we begin to move away from the warmth and light of summer toward the cold, darker days of winter. We’ll gather to practice and consider how we can reflect this balance of light and dark, yin and yang, in our own life. The workshop will close with a special gratitude practice.
