Join us on New Years Day for an all levels flow, aimed through breath and asana, at releasing the stress and emotions held from 2021. As we let go of what no longer serves us, we create space within, to set intentions for the NEW year!
This class moves at a moderate pace linking breath with movement to build heat promoting strength, flexibility, and balance. Modifications and options will be offered allowing you to move at your own pace and comfort level.
