“This class is a gratitude and heart opening format for all of us to be thankful for our teachers in whatever way they show up in our lives. This class sequence is in honor of my daughter, Corrina Richards, who created Sweat & Surrender in 2012 and was a teacher at WHY up until her GBM diagnosis September 2018. Corrina has defied all medical odds and is doing well living a full and tumor free life. Corrina was and still is my teacher.”

You may find her vegan cooking and Hugo hiking posts @ IG #claudia_hallas with the tag line “the amateur vegan chef”.
