First, we would like to send our thoughts and blessings of peace to all who have suffered hardship and loss during the pandemic.
 
COVID-19 UPDATES:

In compliance with the recommendations by both the CDC and CT Public Health Department, at this time we will mask in the studio. This is for both vaccinated and unvaccinated students and teachers. Thank you for your support to keep everyone safe and healthy!

Today is the day we have all worked so hard to get to!
The CDC recently released it is safe for all fully vaccinated to be unmasked both outdoors and indoors.
The State of CT released new protocols today complying with the CDC, as well as lifting all previous business sector rules.
 
When evaluating the CDC and State of CT new Covid protocols, I thought of all of you…our community and staff and how important that everyone feel safe on their mat.
 
NOW EFFECTIVE :
 
~ if you are vaccinated and choose to practice mask-free, you must present your vaccination card your first time back to the studio
(we will keep a list of vaccination for your returning visits)
 
~ those not fully vaccinated or not vaccinated at all will need to mask at all times, this will include our teachers
 
~ social distance will be lifted
 
~ water cooler &  props are available for use, please clean props at end of class
(props also available for purchase)
 
~ the Studio will continue all cleaning protocols, teacher temperature checks, and the use of all upgraded ventilation systems

** Our studio has undergone extensive air purification upgrades consisting of:

  • Two portable H13 HEPA filtration systems that capture particles as small as .1 microns, 99.99% airborne particle removal
  • HVAC system includes use of outside fresh air and has been upgraded with an Ionization purification system and MERV-13 filters
